제233조 한 목공이 집을 지으면서 견고하게 건축하지 않아 한 벽이 무너졌다면 그는 자기의 비용으로 그 집을 다시 건설해 주어야 한다. (If a builder build a house for some one, even though he has not yet completed it; if then the walls seem toppling, the builder must make the walls solid from his own means.)
