제229조 한 목공이 자유인의 집을 지었으나 공사가 충분히 견고하게 하지 않아 그가 지은 집이 무너져 덮쳐서 그 집주인을 죽였다면 그 목공도 죽인다.(If a builder build a house for some one, and does not construct it properly, and the house which he built fall in and kill its owner, then that builder shall be put to death.)
