제39조 그러나 영지와 田園, 가옥에서 소득한 果實은 아내나 딸에게 양도하거나 채무이행의 대상이 될 수 있다.

(He may, however, assign a field, garden, or house which he has bought, and holds as property, to his wife or daughter or give it for debt.)
